What an experience! Pure Tap recently visited the NAFEM Conference in Atlanta Georgia. All of the top restaurant food equipment manufacturers were there, including Micromatic. They are the top-rated global manufacturer of draft beer equipment, and Pure Tap uses their products, almost exclusively, in our installations and repairs.
Cleaning beer lines at the Witches Brew Pub/Craft Beer Exchange in Laconia, NH.
Using a recirculation method of cleaning with Micromatic beer line cleaner and an electric pump to remove unwanted bacteria is 80x better than traditional static(still) cleaning.
Cleaning their 36 lines takes a few hours, but is well worth it!
